You're succeeding. But somewhere along the climb, you lost yourself.
Â
You're Not Imagining This. Here's What Identity Loss Actually Looks LikeÂ
You’re successful, yet somehow you feel invisible. Rest doesn’t restore you anymore. You can’t remember the last time you truly felt like yourself. The success you worked for feels heavy instead of freeing.FEATURED IN:
You've carried enough.
Not just tasks or responsibilities.
You've carried the emotional weight of being strong.
You've carried your family's expectations, your team's demands, your community's pride, your own ambition, and the fear that if you stop, everything will collapse.
The truth is: it cost you, the woman who could be soft without feeling guilty. For Black women, carrying everything isn't optional—it's expected. You were raised with the mandate of strength: "Black women hold it down. Black women don't break."
You've spent years proving you can handle the weight; you don't need to prove it anymore. What you need is permission to put it down long enough to remember who you are without it
The woman you lost is still there. She didn't disappear because you weren't strong enough—she disappeared because you were too strong, and You can reclaim her By becoming the woman you are without survival.
Show Me HowYou can reclaim yourself without losing what you built.
You don't have to choose between your success and your sanity. Between your ambition and your peace. Between the life you've created and the woman you used to be.
Most approaches to burnout tell you to do less, rest more, set boundaries. And when that doesn't work, they blame you for not trying hard enough
But the real problem isn't your effort.
It's that survival mode can't be solved with rest alone. You have to reclaim your identity from it.
You Don't Have to Keep Carrying Everything to Prove You're Enough. Now it's time to prove something else:
The Identity Reclamation System™ is how.
The Identity Reclamation System
This isn't another self-care program telling you to journal more and say no better.
This is a system built on clinical psychology, nervous system science, and the lived reality of high-capacity Black women who've lost themselves in the climb. And Here is how it work
PHASE 1: RECOGNITION
This phase is about naming the invisible—the parts of yourself that disappeared while you were busy holding everything together.
PHASE 2: REGULATION
Turning Off Survival Mode at the Root because Awareness alone won't change your nervous system.
Â
PHASE 3: RECLAMATION
This is where the real transformation happens. Becoming the Woman You Are Without Survival
Your Gateway Into the Identity Reclamation System
Held: The Woman I Am Without Survival
A live Houston conversation for high-capacity Black women who have tried rest, still feel internally "on," and want the correction that actually holds under pressure.
Best for: Women ready for deep, concentrated reclamation work.

What Happens When Black Women Stop Abandoning Themselves
 M. Johnson
“I felt the shift in less than a day. My mind got quiet, my chest loosened, and I stopped rehearsing everything I needed to do. For the first time in years, I didn’t feel like I was fighting my own life.”
J. Roberts
“I’m leading better, earning more, and feeling more grounded than I have in years. This wasn’t only burnout recovery! Elizabeth gave me the identity of a leader that I could be proud of and actually see myself in. No more feeling disconnected in rooms. And it changed everything.”
Â
A. Daniels
“I didn’t realize how far I drifted from myself until this work helped me see it. After my first session, I felt something in me settle — like I finally came back to myself after years of running.”
Â
 Hi Jewel, I’m Elizabeth.
I built a life that looked successful on paper—full practice, full calendar, full plate. But somewhere on that climb, I realized I had emptied myself out. I was showing up for everybody except the woman I used to be.
As a licensed therapist and psychologist-in-training, I understood burnout, survival mode, and overfunctioning from a clinical perspective. But I didn’t understand the cost until I felt it in my own life—the pressure to stay strong, the roles I carried, the responsibilities that never seemed to let up.
I kept pushing. I kept performing. I kept being dependable. And I kept drifting further away from myself until I decided that losing who I was could no longer be the price of my success.
The Luxury Recharge Collective was born from that truth: Black women shouldn’t have to collapse to come home to themselves. We shouldn’t have to choose between our identity and the life we’ve built. We deserve spaces that understand our culture, our pace, our pressure, and our brilliance without asking us to break down to get better.
Inside LRC, I integrate clinical psychology, identity work, emotional unburdening, and culturally grounded truth-telling to help you reclaim the woman you lost without losing what you’ve built. It’s support without shame, rest without collapse, and growth without the pressure to be superhuman.
I stay committed to this work by completing ongoing clinical training every month and pursuing my doctorate, ensuring that every experience inside LRC is grounded, informed, and designed for the realities Black women carry.

Rest is Wealth Retreat — July
This is a small, in-person retreat held at a private luxury estate in Sedona, Arizona.
Attendance is intentionally limited to preserve quiet, safety, and ease.
This experience is facilitated, not therapeutic, and does not require disclosure or group participation.
"It's Time to Come Home to Yourself."
This is the moment. The moment you stop abandoning yourself to hold everything together.
You've read the stories. You understand the system. You've seen the paths.
Now there's only one question left:
Are you ready?
Not "ready" as in you have it all figured out.
Not "ready" as in life has calmed down.
Not "ready" as in you've finally earned the right to prioritize yourself.
Ready as in: you can't keep living like this.
Ready as in: you know something has to change.
Ready as in: you're willing to take the next step toward reclaiming yourself—even if you're scared, uncertain, or exhausted.
That kind of ready? That's enough.
